Junk Removal Specialist

Company & Job Summary

Right Junk is a locally owned and operated junk removal services company focused on providing professional and dependable services in and around North Phoenix and Scottsdale. We’re seeking Junk Removal Specialists with clean drivers licenses to join our front-line customer support team providing first-class service and representing Right Junk to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Outstanding Customer Service and Communication – You will represent Right Junk to our customers, educating them on our services and demonstrating our value, providing a five-star customer service.
• Operate company vehicle (Class 5 medium-duty truck) safely on the road and during loading/unloading. No CDL is required, and vehicle training will be provided.
• Safely lift, carry, load/unload and transport customer’s unwanted items (e.g. furniture, appliances, debris, yard waste) and leave a clean workspace.
• Operate your route effectively, managing customer pick-ups, and working with our donations, recycling and disposal partners. 
• Support marketing efforts, encourage customers to leave five-star reviews, hang marketing signs, develop relationships and support upselling opportunities.
• Maintain trucks and equipment via cleaning, inspections, issue tracking and reporting.
• Treat co-workers with respect and work with company management to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Great communicator, eager to meet new people, provide great customer service and liaise between customers, co-workers and company leadership.
• Have and maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle record.
• Able to safety and repeatedly lift 80lbs or more working with others.
• Problem solver looking to help support and grow the business.
• Learn and use supporting technology systems as used by the business.
• Supply and use your own mobile phone reliability for communication and planning.
• Pass a background check and maintain a clear record.
• Prior experience in delivery, moving or property maintenance preferred.
